The role will provide direct management of all sales activity (product, services and value-added activities) to Operations, affiliated contractors, equipment houses, engineering firms and the like. The focus will be on establishing contractual supply agreements with existing and new mining opportunities. Overall, it will be responsible for a healthy, profitable relationship with all current customers, identifying and pursuing qualified sales opportunities, supporting the mining and others industries.
Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in sales, marketing or industry specific degree. • 10 years sales and / or sales management experience directly related to major asset purchases and contract management in the industrial sector (e.g. Mining, heavy construction, major manufacturing). • 5 years experience in leading boardroom discussions at a senior level, including interactive presentations. (based in Alberta) The client is a renowned equipment brand, serving different industries such as Mining, Construction and Forestry.
The position will be responsible for looking after one of the company’s major branches in Alberta by improving the profitability and growth of the business in the area. Qualifications: • Post secondary education in business or engineering is an asset but not necessary • 10 - 15 years of experience minimum, within Mining, Construction or Heavy industrial • Strong marketing, sales and operations management experience (based in Ontario) The client is a medium-sized precious and base metals company with a focus on projects in Canada and Mexico. Their projects are at different stages: Operations, Development and Exploration, representing a strong portfolio. The role is responsible for the evaluation, improvement and support of the mining and engineering processes, systems and standards of the company’s projects at a corporate level. The responsibilities include long and short term mine planning, drill and blasting designs, ventilation and mine productivity. Qualifications: • Bsc in Mining Engineering or related field • P.Eng designation • 7-10 years of experience in Mining Engineering, Operations and/or project environments • 3 years minimum of supervisory experience • Spanish and English fluency (based in Ontario) The client is a mining company focused on delivering industrial mineral products to a clear-cut market, as pricing and demand continue to rise. The company will therefore be one of the first Canadian suppliers to a growing customer base. The role will be responsible for managing the Operations, Maintenance, Production Management and Personnel at the site, reporting directly to the CEO. It will also be responsible and assist with the Financial Planning & Management of the budget for the project. Qualifications: • Project Management experience • Mechanically inclined, with technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical components • Plant / Mill management experience a necessity • Excellent planning, planning, organisation and reporting skills

Qualifications:

• Mining Engineering/Geology experience, in an Underground Operations or Exploration Drilling setting
• Knowledge of Technical Services, Drill & Blast (Underground operations only)
